I am a Software Engineer specialized in solving expensive business problems. While many chase the newest framework, I focus on the hard work of Modernization—taking critical, high-volume financial data from legacy Mainframe environments and re-architecting it for the Cloud.

Currently, I work in the banking sector, bridging the gap between COBOL/DB2 and modern .NET/Azure architectures. My approach is data-driven and automation-first.

I am pivoting my career toward Data Engineering and Backend Systems, leveraging Python to build efficient tooling and Go to explore distributed systems.

Legacy Process Automation (Banking)

The Challenge: A critical certificate update process required a business team to spend 1 full week on manual entry due to Mainframe resource contention.

The Solution: Engineered a custom .NET/Python solution to bypass the manual bottleneck.

The Result: Execution time reduced from 1 week to ~2 minutes. Eliminated human error and freed up massive operational resources.

Python Automation Suite

Developed a library of custom Python scripts (`converter_csv`, `connection_db2`, `file_comparator`) to sanitize and validate complex financial datasets, bridging the gap between legacy exports and modern SQL imports.
